Unit 1-Working in the retail sector-26 hrs
Unit 2-Customer service in the retail sector-32 hrs
Unit 3-Retail selling-36 hrs
Employability skills-10 hrs

Know about day to day store operations
Know the importance of customer service to a retail business
Be able to communicate with customers
